Ao descompactar o arquivo com o ficheiro, ser-lhe-á pedido que introduza uma palavra-passe
- Descarregar a aplicação de instalação do XAPK, por exemplo, APKPure ou File Manager .
- Abra a aplicação de instalação XAPK descarregada e localize o ficheiro XAPK descarregado.
- Siga as instruções na aplicação para instalar o ficheiro XAPK.
- Permitir a instalação a partir de fontes desconhecidas: Vá a "Definições" > "Segurança" (ou "Biossegurança e segurança") > active "Fontes desconhecidas" ou "Instalar a partir de fontes desconhecidas" para o seu browser ou gestor de ficheiros. Nos modelos mais recentes de smartphones, a permissão é pedida quando o ficheiro individual é instalado e não é necessário executar passos desnecessários..
- Instale o ficheiro APK seguindo as instruções no ecrã.

Didn't actually use it because the list of recipes is limited. I think the app should let us search and import our favorite recipes from any site on the internet. The other thing I would really like, would be if it could make the meal plan randomly from the list of recipes selected.
A ideia é ótima, mas não para o público brasileiro. As comidas são bastante americanizadas com muitos ingredientes que não são comumente usados aqui. Maybe I would use it if it was easier to add our own recipes, I just want to add the name/ingredients/link to the recipe for myself and not write everything in details for everyone to see

can't get it work. It is stuck on loading screen after login, or if skips login, I've get stucked on the loading screen on the last part of the starting wizzard...
